Our Story
Tim and Nicole moved to their home on 10 acres in 2004 with the dream of creating a place to raise their Thoroughbred racehorses. In 2005, they built the first barn, and Warlock Stables was born. Tim and Nicole own 30% of stallion Demon Warlock, claimed out of California in March of 2004. Demon was brought to Washington State, where he competed against the top horses in the region and was named 2004 Washington Horse of the Year, among other various honors. Demon Warlock now stands at Roche Farm in Yakima, WA with Pontiff, the incredibly bred son by Giant's Causeway and out of the immortal, PREACH, making him a half to PULPIT.
In the spring of 2005, Tim and Nicole purchased an adjoining 8-acre parcel of land to accomodate future expansion. The second barn was completed in the summer of 2007, enabling them to house all of their horses and their offspring properly. We now have expanded to 35 acres and have built up an incredible team of partners from all over the country to share in the fun.
Tim has been involved in the horseracing business since infancy, as his parents, Allen and Janet Floyd of Othello have been in the game for over 50 years. In 2017, Tim and Nicole were the recipients of the TOBA award winners for the top breeders in the state.
